the location is superb!!! it's so close to everything, it made exploring so easy. the staff were also friendly, always ready to help.

the room i had was a little smaller than i expected, and there weren't many drawers for storage. also, the safe was positioned awkwardly.

the air CONDITIONING wasnt producing enough cold air in the room. i had IT running all day with the thermostat set very low and still could not sleep at night because the temperature was high. i also could not open the window since there was a noisy street just below

The location is very central. The hotel is modern and clean. I found the staff quite friendly.. They provide a decent breakfast, including croissants, pancakes, bread rolls, and a selection of jams.

The ac wasn't producing enough cold air. I had it running all day long with the thermostat set low and still found it hard to sleep. The window opens just enough to put your hand out. Fresh air wasn't really getting in, so the room remained warm.

joão at reception gave us AMAZING tips. he really helped us plan our days since we arrived with no plans. the hotel location was really close to all the spots we wanted, it was easy to navigate. the beautiful twin room was spacious, a definite plus after a week in europe.

the air conditioning wasn't powerful enough. i had it set to 16c all day and the room was still above 25c. i couldn't open the window since there was a noisy street, and it barely opens.

fernando checked me in early, i was really happy!!! there was a welcome letter and a bottle of wine in my room, so sweet! martta at the front desk spread her positive energy and gave super helpful recommendations.

breakfast included good quality options, i really liked the selection. there was also coffee and desserts available all day . the fresh cake in the lounge was a lovely touch, what a start to my stay!

housekeeping kept everything super clean . the location is very central, it is easy to walk everywhere. the metro is also just a 2 minute walk, this made getting around super easy.

The hotel's location is VERY central. It made exploring the area simple. The breakfast included many options and the staff made it better.

the AC did not produce enough cold air. The room was too small , with limited space for luggage. There were no tea-making facilities in the room.
